Once you know what you want done, why you want it done, and how you want it done you are ready to find a contractor to do it for you. At this point you need to think about some particular attributes of potential contractors such as: "Are they conveniently located?"; "Are you convinced they are technically competent to do your work?"; "Can they demonstrate a commitment to quality assurance?".
