Further Laboratory Skills Video
Further Laboratory Skills is the second of two training videos produced by the LGC. Designed to meet common staff training requirements, this video builds on the fundamental techniques already covered in Basic Laboratory Skills.
Topics covered complement those of weighing, pipetting, use of burettes and titration covered in the previous video, and include modern laboratory practice, handling and treatment of laboratory samples, solvent extraction, drying and ashing of samples, and rotary evaporation.
